Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Taxintra services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Service Categories
Taxintra provides three categories of offerings:
- Intranet Solutions for tax management and filing processes
- Information Products such as digital guides and tutorials
- Physical Products related to tax documentation and forms
3. Intranet Solutions
Our intranet solutions are delivered through subscription or one-time setup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing via contact our support team. You may request to transfer an active subscription to another party, subject to approval. Fees paid for setup and custom integration are nonrefundable due to resource allocation and planning.
4. Information Products
Information products include digital guides, reports, and recorded workshops. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the material. To request a refund, contact us via contact our support team. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
5. Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange. Refunds are issued within 10 days to the original payment method.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to the category of service:
- Intranet Solutions: Setup fees are nonrefundable. Subscription fees may be prorated and credited for future use or transferred with approval.
- Information Products: Eligible for refund within 30 days if less than 20% accessed. Processed within 14 days.
- Physical Products: Eligible for return within 15 days if unused. Processed within 10 days.
7. Service Delivery and Changes
Taxintra may update or modify features, terms, and pricing. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
8. Liability Limit
Taxintra’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or special damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
